“Peter Haubfleisch aka „Fresh Moods“ ist dem einen oder anderen sicher schon mal über den Weg gelaufen; wer es bisher mit elektronischer Musik nicht so hat, verneint das eher. Die meisten von Ihnen kennen aber mit Sicherheit „Love, Death, Angels“. Das Lied sorgte hierzulande in der Alfa-Romeo-Werbung für die passende Begleitung. Peter Haubfleisch zeigt zweifelsohne sein Fingerspitzengefühl. Ja, man kann „Lounge-Musik“ dazu sagen, allerdings ist „Fresh Moods“ nicht von dem Schlag, den man in einer modernen Hotelbar zwischen zwei Cocktails konsumiert. Diese Musik lädt tatsächlich dazu ein zuzuhören, sich mit ihr zu beschäftigen. Ich bin kein Elektro-Experte, kann aber durchaus gute von schlechten Mixen unterscheiden. Ich finde in „The Fine Master Edition“ ein wenig Acid, angenehmen Lowspeed-House und ganz minimalistische Lounge-Elemente, alles sehr flüssig ineinander übergehend und sehr stimmig inszeniert. Besonders gefällt mir aber, dass man mal elektronische Musik hat, die man sich auch aus audiophiler Sicht richtig gut anhören kann. Auch wenn es sicher nie so sein wird, dass sich eingefleischte Highender mit Hang zum Sezieren der Musik vor ihre Anlage setzen und diese Musik einlegen, so freue ich mich als Vertreter des audiophilen Jungvolks doch umso mehr darüber.”

This compilation contains remastered versions of the Project Fresh Moods by Peter Haubfleisch. Fresh Moods - The fine master edition
It is a matter of the limited reissue of the known four LPs named: Fresh Moods, Swerve, Love.Death.Angels and Exhale. Every LP can be single purchased.
The first editions were released between 1996 and 2006 by the known label Elektrolux. These CDs reach high prices in the meantime at a three-digit range among collectors.
The project grew in popularity by its contributions to the German TV show Spacenight on BR3. Songs like Rhythmbreeze, Shiny Cage, The Touch, or Decisions I Made reached cult status in the chill out- scene. About 50 tracks on compilations were released. Licenses to cinema, tv, score and broadcast are in constant use. They are inspiration for the new generation.
To underline the timeless spirit, “The fine master edition” is a remastered version of collected tracks. This special product occurs in association with 4mpo Records. 
Now to express the inner worth externally, the covers first time were completed in high quality. 
For the co-creation of the graphic design we proudly recruited Rafael Jimenez Heckmann, who is trend-setting the optical look of the Frankfurt music scene since 1995. 
The covers are a Digi Pak made out of a strong carton. A protective matt foliation gives the special haptic. The product is refined with a silver hot foil stamping line. The colour design is leant on the first edition. All CDs were numbered, signed and sealed by the artist. The special edition is limited to 500 copies. 
We like to thank Rainer W. Schlegelmilch who is one of the first photographers of Formula 1 since 1962. He gave us the friendly permission to use a few of his photos as cover images. In this regard we like to thank especially the holders of the personal rights on the images: Sir Jackie Stewart, Clive Chapman, Natasha and Nina Rindt - they kindly permitted us to use these images personally.


“In retrospect to all productions I did under Fresh Moods so far, the songs are moods in tones I found no words for. Not to be misunderstood the sound has to be perfect and timeless. An idea is caught in three hours, the production needs about one to three weeks and sometimes it gets reworked after a couple of month. At the end it’s an extract of a diary. Now is the time to continue the story. The qualities blend of euphony.”
